Universitas Andalas (UNAND) is an Indonesian state university in Padang City, West Sumatra, that serves around 32,000 students.
Universitas Andalas, was opened in 1956 and is ranked fourth in Indonesia by the Ministry of Research and Technology, offers 156 undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.

It comprises of 15 faculties, the majority of which are located in the main campus building, Limau Manis, 12 kilometers from the city center. The campus measures 5 km². The Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry are located in the city center, next to the Central General Hospital M. Djamil. It is the oldest university in Indonesia, outside of Java.

You should be at least 17 years old on or before December 31st of the admission year.
There is no upper age limit.Class 12 in Science with PCB and English from a board recognized by Indian government.
The minimum qualifying percentage is 50% in 10+2 (UR) and 45% for SC/OBC/ST.
The NEET exam is required of Indian students who wish to apply to the Indonesia MBBS program.
- Admission Process
1. Eligibility: Applicants must have completed high school with an excellent foundation in science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
2. entrance Exam: Candidates must complete the university’s admission exam.
3. Language Proficiency: Non-native English speakers must produce confirmation of English proficiency (TOEFL or IELTS).
4. Application Submission: Fill out the application form and attach all relevant papers, including transcripts and recommendation letters.
5. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed to determine their suitability for the MBBS program.
