  1. Student-Initiated Cancellations:
    Once admission is secured through DREAM MBBS STUDY ABROAD LLP, any cancellation initiated by the student is non-refundable. No refunds will be processed under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, change of mind, or any other unforeseen situations leading to the student’s decision to cancel.
  2. Failure to Secure Admission:
    In the unlikely event that DREAM MBBS STUDY ABROAD LLP cannot secure admission for the student to the university of their choice, a full refund of the fees paid to the company will be provided.
  3. Expulsion or Disciplinary Action:
    No refund will be provided if the student is expelled from the university or faces disciplinary action leading to discontinuation of their studies. The student is responsible for adhering to the university’s code of conduct and academic requirements.
  4. No Refund on Service Fees:
    Fees paid for consultancy, application processing, and related services provided by DREAM MBBS STUDY ABROAD LLP are non-refundable once admission is confirmed.
  5. Refund Processing:
    In cases where a refund is applicable due to our inability to secure admission, the refund will be processed within 60 business days from the official notification of the admission denial.
  6. Company’s Financial Protection:
    This policy is designed to safeguard the financial stability and operations of DREAM MBBS STUDY ABROAD LLP, ensuring that all services rendered are compensated, and no undue financial burden is placed on the company due to student cancellations.
