Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. PREAMBLE

Dream MBBS Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “The Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its Corporate Office at 115, 1st Floor, Ithum Tower-A, Noida Sector-62, Uttar Pradesh, India-201301, is committed to providing world-class educational consultancy services.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds may or may not be granted to the User (“Student,” “Parent,” or “Guardian”). By registering with us or making any payment, you explicitly acknowledge and accept the terms laid out below.

2. SCOPE OF FEES

To avoid ambiguity, it is clarified that “Fees” paid to Dream MBBS Pvt Ltd are categorized as follows:

  • Registration/Consultancy Fee: The service charge paid to the Company for counseling, profile evaluation, document translation, apostille, and university application processing.
  • Third-Party Fees: Payments made for University Tuition, Hostel Accommodation, Air Tickets, Visa Fees, or Insurance.

This Policy applies SOLELY to the Registration/Consultancy Fee paid directly to Dream MBBS Pvt Ltd. The Company holds no liability for refunds regarding Third-Party Fees paid to universities or other vendors.

3. GENERAL REFUND POLICY (THE “NO REFUND” RULE)

3.1. Principle of Non-Refundability

The Company operates on a service-based model. Once a student registers and the admission process is initiated, significant resources (manpower, international communication, document verification) are deployed immediately. Therefore, all fees paid to Dream MBBS Pvt Ltd are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except under the specific condition mentioned in Clause 4.

3.2. Student-Initiated Cancellations

No refund shall be processed if the cancellation is initiated by the Student or Parent/Guardian due to, but not limited to:

  • Voluntary Withdrawal / Change of Mind: Any decision by the User to withdraw from the admission process, discontinue the application, or decline to pursue the selected course or program after registration.
  • Personal & Domestic Circumstances: Reasons including, but not limited to, financial constraints, medical or health issues, family disapproval, or personal emergencies.
  • Alternative Admission: Securing a seat in any other institution (whether in India or abroad) or clearing any domestic entrance examination (e.g., NEET, JEE, CLAT, etc.) after initiating the process with the Company.
  • Discontinuation or Dropout: Withdrawing from the course midway, failing to report to the university, or returning to the home country after the admission/visa process has been completed.

In all such cases, the Company retains 100% of the service fees to compensate for the professional time, administrative resources, and international communication costs incurred.

4. THE EXCEPTION: REFUND ELIGIBILITY

A Full Refund of the Consultancy Fee will be provided ONLY in the following specific scenario:

4.1. Failure to Secure Admission (Company Fault)

If Dream MBBS Pvt Ltd fails to secure a provisional Admission Letter or Invitation Letter from the University selected by the student, despite the student:

  1. Meeting all eligibility criteria (Academic & NEET qualifications).
  2. Submitting all required documents on time.
  3. Paying the required application fees.

In this unlikely event of service failure on our part, 100% of the Consultancy Fee paid to the Company will be refunded to the Student.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS (SPECIFIC CLAUSES)

Refunds will NOT be entertained under the following circumstances:

5.1. Inaccurate or False Information

If admission is denied or canceled because the student submitted forged documents, fake mark sheets, invalid NEET scores, or concealed critical information (medical history, criminal record), NO REFUND will be provided. Legal action may also be initiated.

5.2. Visa Rejection

The issuance of a Student Visa is the sole prerogative of the respective Embassy/Consulate. Dream MBBS Pvt Ltd assists in documentation but cannot guarantee visa issuance.

  • If a Visa is rejected due to the student’s background, interview performance, or insufficient funds, the Consultancy Fee remains Non-Refundable as the Company has fulfilled its obligation of securing University Admission.

5.3. Failure to Pay University Fees

If admission is cancelled because the student failed to pay the University Tuition Fee or Hostel Fee within the stipulated deadline, the Company shall not be liable to refund any service charges.

5.4. Expulsion or Disciplinary Action

If a student is expelled from the University for disciplinary reasons, academic failure, or violation of the country’s laws, the Company bears no financial liability.

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE

6.1. Verification

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@dreammbbs.in. The Company will evaluate the claim within 7 business days to determine eligibility based on this Policy.

6.2. Disbursement

If a refund is approved under Clause 4, the amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (Bank Transfer/Cheque) within 60 business days from the date of approval. Cash refunds are strictly prohibited.

7. FINANCIAL PROTECTION CLAUSE

This policy is drafted to safeguard the financial stability and operational integrity of Dream MBBS Pvt Ltd. By using our services, the User acknowledges that the Company expends time, intellectual property, and international resources immediately upon registration. Therefore, strictly adhering to this “No Refund” policy is a prerequisite for availing our services.

8. JURISDICTION

Any legal disputes regarding refunds or cancellations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
