The University became an academic institution in 1993 and a university in 2003. Professor Vladimir I. Petrov, a famous Russian scientist and member of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, is in charge of the University At the moment. The university has been given permission by the Russian Ministry of Education to teach both Russian and foreign students. Step 7: If you have passed the entrance exam, sign a contract with the university to become a student of the university.

There are 7 dorms for students at the University. There are rooms just for boys and rooms just for girls. There are private rooms and shared rooms for students to choose from. There must be at least two students in each shared room. In both private and shared rooms, there are beds, tables, chairs, cabinets, and other furniture. There are a lot of things in the rooms for the students. The dorms at the university have WiFi, as does the rest of the campus. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, and snack bars close to the hostels. Students will find the city very useful. 

Cost of living 

The cost of living in Russia is low compared to other places. Russia is a nice place to live, even in big cities like Moscow. All of your costs, like food and bills, are pretty reasonable. Outside of big cities, prices are lower, and the costs of food and transportation are low. For students, it’s better to stay in a hostel because the food costs are covered. This means that the students won’t have to pay anything extra. In their free time, students could also work part-time jobs.
