King George’s Medical University (KGMU) was established in 1905 by King George V in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Any candidate must have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 10+2 examination to get admission in KGMU University. Minimum is 45% for reserved categories.
Candidates must also be at least 17 years old by December 31 of the admission year.
To get admission to the MBBS program, one has to clear the NEET UG exam conducted by the NTA. Candidates have to register and appear for this exam conducted by the NTA.

Admission Process of University

Step 1: Passed the class in Physics, Chemistry, Biology with 50% marks.

Step 2: Registered for NEET UG and appeared for that exam.

Step 3: Check NEET result and apply for UP NEET counselling.

Step 4: After the NEET result is declared, apply for UP NEET counselling.

Step 5: Prefer KGMU University during counselling and select it.

Step 6: After all seats are allotted, be present at the college during document verification.

Step 7: After that submit the fee in batches to reserve the seats.
