In Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, there is a private institution called Taylor’s institution, also just called Taylor’s. The Quacquarelli Symonds Rankings are frequently used to determine which private university in Malaysia is considered to be the best. It was established in 1969 as a college, and in 2006 and 2010, it was granted university status. The Taylor’s Education Group includes Taylor’s University as a member. 345 students may enroll in the Victorian Higher School Certificate (VHSC) program at the inaugural campus, which was housed in a building on Jalan Pantai in Kuala Lumpur. 

Taylor’s relocated to PJ New Town for its second campus in 1985. Two new pre-university programs, the South Australian Matriculation (SAM) and the Canadian Pre-University Programme (CPU), were established four years after the Subang Jaya Campus opened. Additional programs were added by 1990: the Cambridge A Level; Computer Science, Software Engineering and IT; Engineering; Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts; Architecture, Quantity Surveying and Construction; Business, Accounting, Marketing and Finance; and Taylor’s Business Foundation. In Wisma Subang, the Taylor’s Business School opened its fourth campus in 2001. 

The Taylor’s School of Hospitality and Tourism was moved from Kuala Lumpur to this new campus the following year, when Taylor’s College Petaling Jaya (TCPJ) opened as the fifth campus in Leisure Commerce Square. The School of Communication, Taylor’s School of Computing, and the School of Architecture, Building and Design were also housed at TCPJ. The American Degree Program’s sixth campus, located in Subang Square, opened its doors in 2004. The opening of the seventh campus in Sri Hartamas (TCSH) in 2008 signaled further growth. With 800 student slots available, this campus offered the International Baccalaureate Diploma, South Australian Matriculation, and Cambridge A Level programs. 

The RM450 million Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus in Subang Jaya saw the start of construction in early 2007 and was finished in 2010. Taylor’s College relocated to the Lakeside Campus in January 2018. In 2010, Taylor University opened the Lakeside Campus to suit its growing student body. Syopz is a business complex with eateries and retail establishments located on the campus’s actual grounds. It’s also home to U Residence, the official dorm for students. The Institute of Landscape Architects Malaysia presented Taylor with the Special Honour Award in 2011 under the Category 3: Professional Awards in Landscape Design and Planning. In the three building categories of architecture, landscape, and interior design, the Lakeside Campus received awards.

  • Students must have passed the NEET exam.
  • The student must have reached the age of 17 on 31 December of the year of admission.
  • The candidate must have completed the 12th grade with at least 65% from a regular board.
  • Students must have Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in 12th grade.

Step 1: Choose your program and fill out the application form.

Step 2: Fill in the visa invitation inquiry form.

Step 3: Get all the required documents and mail them to the university along with the above forms.

Step 4: You will receive an invitation letter within 30 days after approval from the university.

Step 5: Apply for a student visa and come to the university after you get the visa.

Step 6: Upon arrival at the university, students must pass the entrance exam for admission.

Step 7: If you have passed the entrance exam, sign a contract with the university to become a student of the university.

Step 8: Pay the tuition fee along with any other required fees.
